The primary goal of the Pacific Media Expo concerts is to create a positive experience for the fans while still bringing out the best bands from Asia and Asian America. We will try to allow huge fans to get an authentic concert experience while allowing new fans to experience new bands for the lowest price possible.
First and foremost. You must have a Pacific Media Expo membership to purchase a concert ticket. The cost of the ticket is on top of a one day ($20) or a full ($35) membership for Pacific Media Expo.
Second and equally importantly: ABSOLUTELY NO RECORDING DEVICES WILL BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE CONCERT VENUE AND DURING THE CONCERT PERFORMANCES! These include but are not limited to cameras, camcorders, cellphones, audio recorders, laptops, or any recording or electronic devices, with the exception of hearing aids. You will not be allowed to enter the concert venue if you have any of these devices in your possession.

Ticketing guidelines
* Tickets will have a section designation and a group designation. The group number will indicate the priority within that group that the attendee will be admitted into the room to be seated. e.g. Section B1 will be seated before B2. This is to reward people who bought tickets early with better seats. This is similar to how Southwest Airlines handles their airline seating.
* The cost of the ticket includes the performance by the headlining act and all opening acts.
* All tickets will be picked up via will-call at Pacific Media Expo registration
   a) Any other items purchased online can be picked up there as well.
* Seating will begin one hour prior to the concert.
* NO recording devices will be allowed into the concerts.
   a) These include but are not limited to cameras, camcorders, cellphones, audio recorders, laptops, or any recording or electronic devices.
   b) All persons will be inspected prior to entering the concert hall.
   c) Any restricted items found on you will be confiscated, tagged, and placed in storage. You will be able to claim your items at any time outside the concert venue, however, you will be reinspected if you return to the concert venue.
   d) All carry-ons will be inspected for restricted items prior to entering the concert hall. Carry-ons include but are not limited to purses, backpacks, shopping bags, camera bags, laptop cases, luggage, etc. Any restricted items found will be confiscated, tagged, and placed in storage. You will be able to claim your items at any time outside the concert hall, however, carry-ons will be reinspected if you return to the concert venue. (It is highly recommended that carry-ons not be brought to the concert venue.)
   e) Security will be monitoring attendees during the entire concert.
   f) Recording devices found during the concert will be confiscated and content deleted.
   g) Attendees found recording the concert may be ejected with no refund.
* NO large items, props or weapons are allowed into the concert venue. Due to the high volume of people who will be attending the concert, anyone with large items, props or anything resembling a weapon will NOT be allowed into the concert venue.
* Attendees would be seated in alpha-numeric order. e.g. Section A1 would be the first seated, followed by sections B1 and then B2. Very likely, section D12 would be one of the last sections. Any remaining open seats will be given to Pacific Media Expo attendees on a first-come, first-served basis until the seats are gone.
* NO holding/saving seats. You must come as a group at the same time when entering the concert hall. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you wish to sit together as a group, please let the usher know how many people are in your party and you will be seated accordingly.

Caveats:
* Any violations of this policy or failure to obey security personnel is subject to immediate removal from the concert venue, and if warranted, expulsion from the convention and the convention grounds. In addition, violators may be criminally charged for violating local, state and federal statutes.
* Any changes in ticketing would require a $20 processing fee.
* All information in this draft is subject to change. Questions regarding the policy should be directed to Garland Gee, Director of Music.
* The concerts will be recorded. All participants in the concert give the Pacific Media Association the right to use their images for any commercial or promotional purposes.
* Purchase of concert ticket constitutes unconditional acceptance of this policy or any amendments to the policy.
